Welcome to #AdventureCalling, the linky with an outdoor theme, co hosted by Lauren from The Helpful Hiker, and me, also Lauren, from Exploring the Landscape. I’m really excited to be joining Lauren with this. I’ve been linking up with #AdventureCalling as often as I can for a while now, and have got some really good ideas from reading everybody’s posts, including our honeymoon in Arran last year. But before we move on, all the best to David at Potty Adventures – good luck with your new adventures.
Every other Wednesday, we’d love to read your posts about getting outside, whether they be huge once in a lifetime explorations, Sunday strolls, tips, trips, reviews and anything in between. And the age of the post doesn’t matter either – happy memories and recent adventures are all welcome too.
Joining a link up is not only a great way to reach new, like minded readers, but it is also a great place to find inspiration, all in one place. Each week, Lauren and I will read and comment on every post, and we will each pick a favourite – a pretty difficult thing to do I have discovered. Lauren’s favourite post from the last #AdventureCalling linky was A British Bottlenose Dolphin Adventure by Grand Adventure Story. For me, as my first wedding anniversary is coming up, it was The Travelling Wilbennetts, Our Special Place. It might have been a different place, but it still brought back lots of happy memories.
There are some notes on how #AdventureCalling works below. Hopefully everything is working, but do please give me a shout if there are any problems. And keep bobbing back from time to time to read each other’s posts, and let’s really support each other. You never know what inspiration you are going to find.
